New Stadium Video
Check out the plan for the new Home for the Chargers and Raiders.. Oh boy the fun will begin on what Labor Union wins this fight. Will the San Diego Hotel Workers beat the Teamster?
This is a fight for the Dollar and More. One City is praying for the 2 teams and two other cities are trying to figure out how get the public to pay for the teams to stay???
Can't we all just see that they are GONE and this is all a Dog and Pony show for the City and the Chargers to say well we tried but just couldn't get it done???
If you look at the big picture over the last 9 months, I see a few red flags.
Number one - Have you seen how there is less and less going on at the Q? No concerts , No Monster Truck, No Motocross??? All of that has moved to Petco Park (Which is owned by the City as well???)
The NEW Mayor was in office 9 months before he ever said anything about the stadium deal? Then he needs a team to figure out a new plan? Just pick one of the plans from the last 14 years and get it ironed out, but No a new plan is needed. Which the Chargers have a plan and no one talks about that one now???
The Chargers get all pissy about anything the city does???? Why because the City won't try to talk about their plan anymore. Has anyone heard what the chargers even want anymore here in San Diego? No it what the city wants to offer if they can get it approved by 2/3?
2/3 when have you seen anything get approved here in San Diego by 2/3 and not end up in court or cost the city 10X more than what it should.
Now a Carson Deal that everyone is so surprised about and upset that we didn't know sooner about this??? What are you all nuts.. Tell everyone you want to buy property and oh by the way it is for NFL stadium and the price for that land just goes up by 10X.. So yes it is a secret. By the way even is the stadium in Carson does not go in they can still do other things with the land.. Hello its LA and the Spanos's are developers.
So I say Goodbye to the Chargers and hello to a new shopping center at the Q, No more Chargers No more Bowl Games , No more Aztecs (They will get a smaller stadium on campus that they can fill) and maybe someone will build a new sports arena downtown next to Petco. ( Maybe the Port District)
So this has been my opion on the last weeks weeks, it is all BS and a big show so the Mayor can say he was not the one who lost the Chargers and the Chargers saying we tried but the voters would not approve anything to keep us here.. But we all tried.....
BS all of it... Charger Fans Get Screwed again, either by the bad moves on the feild or the Bad Moves by the Owners or the Bad Moves by the City..
So Carson enjoy the Chargers and the Raider Fans who don't show up at the show once you build the nice new place.. Because Raider fans pay the PLF (Personal License Fee) and the 25% of the Charger fans will only show up. They will piss off 75% of the fans as well. I bet the Oakland fans who paid the Fee up north won't get a refund either???
